Braised beef with celeriac purée and curly kale

Smoked haddock with poached egg, tender stem broccoli and hollandaise sauce

Wild mushroom risotto

served with seasonal vegetables

Pears poached in red wine with vanilla mascarpone and shortbread
Vanilla panna cotta with blackberries and figs poached in sherry syrup
Chocolate mousse with amarene cherries
