It’s a lovely warm Wednesday evening, we’ve grabbed some time to sit with close friends for an hour or so and we can’t think of any better way to enjoy the moment than with some Lighthouse Nibbles & Tipples.
None of us fancied a full blown meal, so this is the perfect answer. We chose 5 dishes from the Nibbles menu including the hugely moreish slow cooked, pulled pork buns with our very own homemade sauce and the wonderfully fresh smoked salmon on Hambleton rye bread. We also had a special on; cream cheese and herb paté with warm melba toasts, made with some of our lovingly homegrown garden herbs.
Add a perfectly chilled bottle of Rosé Spumante and it’s everything we could have wished for - friends, laughter, food to share and a drop of pink fizz.
